By accessing as well as ordering from Älva webshop you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them, you cannot use and access this website.


We do not guarantee that all the items available at the Älva Webshop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order, we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. 

Älva Webshop cannot warrant that the content of the site is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date.

We cannot guarantee that colours on the website are fully equivalent to the products actual colours. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.


All personal information saved at the site will be handled with care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get the best service possible. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. Älva Webshop makes the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.


We accept card payments by most debit and credit cards. All prices are given in GBP. Shipping costs will be added to your order. The customer is responsible for taking the cost of customs where applicable.


Within 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Älva Webshop cannot accept returns where any labels have been removed.

The customers are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Älva shop. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges of returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. However, Älva webshop will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 14 days after the return date of the product, to the original purchaser’s card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs.

All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can only be made within the 14-day period following delivery.


Same as above except that we request that all sale items are returned within 7 days of the delivery.

If you wish to cancel the order before you have recieved it pls email us and if the order has not already been shipped we will cancel the order and give you full refund. If the order has been shipped, pls email us and inform us that you wish to return the item and we will refund you as soon as we have recieved it back. 


We strive to deliver your purchased items in shortest time possible. All orders are in process as soon as the transaction is done. When your order is placed we will send you a preliminary confirmation.

We are not to be held responsible for any delay or any other matters in connection with the delivery of the goods, as we cannot be accountable for unexpected proceedings.

Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place one order for each address. You will be charged for shipping costs on each order.


Älva Webshop reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Inpiduals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.


In case of Force Majeur, Älva Webshops’s obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and Älva Webshop can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Älva Webshop. A Force Majeur is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Älva webshop will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon (and entirely) as possible.
